Construction of Aydın-Saricay Dam is in rapid progress

Construction of Aydin-Saricay Dam which ALTER has designed is in rapid progress

Saricay Dam which was planned by ALTER and which is located on Saricay stream 1.5 km south of Aydin-Soke Bagarasi and Calisli quarters will have 66hm3 storage volume; with124.50m ground clearance.   

Inorder to consider Sarıçay Dam's water as drinking water, Drinking Water Application Projects of Kusadasi District and quarters (Güzelçamlı, Davutlar, Kirazlı, Caferli, Soğucak, Yaylaköy, Yeniköy, Çınar) were completed by ALTER. 20,75 hm3/year drinking water will be gathered from Saricay Dam.  

In Saricay Dam, as of September 2021, 500.000m3 excavation, 248 m of506 m derivation cut-cover and 58.000 m3 of cofferdam have been completed in left coast excavation work.
