Engineering and consultancy have been undertaken by Yüksel Proje-Alter-Üçer joint venture; Start-up and information meetings were held for the "Kilis Drinking Water Network Expansion and City Center Waste Water Network, Elbeyli & Polateli Waste Water Network and Package Waste Water Treatment Plants, Adıyaman Drinking Water Network Projects" financed by the EU with the AFD fund (Agence Française De Developpement) fund. .
