Review of Existing Designs and Preparation of Bidding Documents

Project preparation, design, tendering, tender evaluation were conducted under 1st phase of the project.

In this 2nd phase -being the continuation of the 1st, construction supervision services are rendered, with respect to WB Procurement policies based on FIDIC Conditions of contract./Red Book.

ASAT2-W1: Water Supply for Kepez, Muratpaşa, Aksu and Döşemealtı and Kızıllı, Kurşunlu, Topallı, Fettahlı district and respective house connections. Construction of over 100km. of water network, approximately 60km. house connections, installation of flow meters and SCADA.

ASAT2 – W2: Aksu Water Supply: Construction of 14 deep wells at the Termesos region, procurement and installation of adequate pumps, electrical works, and automation and transmission lines.

ASAT 2 – W3: Construction of sewer networks of Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Kepez Districts: 90km sewer network for diameters varying between Ø200 - Ø1600 mm., manholes, parcel connections and ground improvement.

ASAT 2 – W6: Construction of sewer networks of Döşemealtı and Konyaaltı Distrcits and Collector: 17km of sewer network, 14km. collector reinforced concrete pipe with diameters Ø1200 – Ø1400 mm. and 600m corrugated pipe collector and respective manholes.

Construction Supervision

Antalya Water and Wastewater Project’ financed by World Bank, covers Construction Supervision in accordance with FIDIC RED Book Conditions of Contract for prepared designs.

Services provided by ALTER;

• Construction supervision services regarding the Contract packages (W1,W2,W3,W6) which the designs were prepared under ASAT2-C1-A Contract. (financed by World Bank)
• Districts: 90km sewer network for diameters varying between Ø200 - Ø1600 mm., manholes, parcel connections and ground improvement.
• ASAT 2 – W6: Construction of sewer networks of Döşemealtı and Konyaaltı Distrcits and Collector: 17km of sewer network, 14km. collector reinforced concrete pipe with diameters Ø1200 – Ø1400 mm. and 600m corrugated pipe collector and respective manholes
