The scope of the project which was tendered by the 6th Regional Directorate of State Hydraulic Works; it covers the irrigation of approximately 3000 ha area, conversion of 2882 ha irrigation area from pumping to gravity, ensuring the drinking water and industrial water needs of Kadirli District, protection of Kadirli District from Savrun Stream floods and demonstrating the economic feasibility of the Hydroelectric Power Plant facility.
